Any ideas outhere why the Framebuffer-Kext-Fix doesn't works with the Enabler 1.1.15 and 10.6.4?
Seems like there is no difference which AppleIntegratedFramebuffer.kext I use...

Pardon me if this has been addressed elsewhere but I was wondering if anyone can help me. I originally installed Snow leopard with NetbookInstaller. It was working fine. However, after using NetbookInstaller 0.8.4 RC1 I lost Audio. Can someone point me to instructions on how to restore it? I emailed Mekort 4 days ago but he hasn't answered.

I'm sticking with 10.6.3, which is on my SL DVD.

I installed using 0.8.4, AirPort works fine, sleep doesn't.

I replaced AppleIntelIntegratedFramebuffer.kext with the 1.6.0 version, ran UpdateExtra.app, rebooted.

Now I don't have wireless. Running bcm43xx_enabler.sh didn't help. What can I do? I've spent hours reading these forums to no avail.

I think you should try vaniii's NetBook Enabler. It may have better support for the s10e. Otherwise stay with 10.6.3.

Thanks, but I already tried it.

I tried it again tonight—I have AirPort, but no backlight.

Any other ideas? My model is 433336U.

Be more specific, no backlight at all or no backlight after resume from sleep?
I had to use the kext from this post for my S10
http://s10lenovo.com/viewtopic.php?f=33&t=4128&start=20#p28732
to get my backlight to turn on after resuming from sleep.

S10e users have to edit machine.plist in NBI to get it to recognise the S10e as a Lenovo machine, otherwise NBI installs the generic drivers.

After resume. That kext seems to be working for me after Enabler and repairing permissions, thanks.

Now, on to 10.6.5...
