Nevermind, I went about it the backwards way. We know what the "real" module is from the FCC filing, and we found it for sale (very expensive). Here's a blown-up shot from a seller.

The one you linked to on eBay appears to have 10 wires, and I also count 10 solder point connectors (and I'm starting to get a headache from looking at tiny pixels on blown up pics)
