No, but you can buy the USB ethernet adapter from Apple (for Macbook Air). It'll work - just plug n' play.

Is there any effort in place to get the wired ethernet working? Or is it not possible with the S10?

I tried this cheap solution, a USB - Ethernet dongle $8,79 including shipping. It worked o.k.

My adapter has the Moschip MCS7830 controller. I don't know which one Davicom used. I have attached the driver package for you to try.

I found this driver at the MosChip site.In the included information it states:

Works with 10.4.x(Universal) and 10.5.x.
Works with MacOSX10.6 release.

I haven't verified it myself, since I don't have the adapter yet.

But I thought that some people who do have it and are using 10.6, can give it a try.

Woo-hoo! Bought one of these USB-ethernet adapters on ebay for $5 shipped. Took a couple weeks to arrive, and didn't come with any drivers. I installed the drivers in the post directly above mine and rebooted, and the new interface was recognized when I plugged it in and it works!

I had previously purchased a different USB-ethernet dongle that did not work, and did not have any mac drivers for any version of the OS, despite the seller assuring me that it would work with a mac, and sending me a replacement dongle. I think it was based on a Davicom chipset, but I can't remember for sure.
