Win XP hibernation become so slow

Hi!

After I put 1Gb of memory, update all drivers, install Avira and COMODO firewall
Hibernation process become very slow. While it working HDD led blinks time to time and CPU Fan work hard.

Any idea, how to profile and speedup it?
