Re: Lenovo Quick Start not working...?

Postby Ricardo777 » Mon Jan 11, 2010 12:14 pm

Hello :) . I too have the same problem with Quick Start. I had reinstalled Windows XP on my Lenovo S10 Netbook (Fresh start ;) ). I made sure to keep the hidden partition for Lenovo functionality. Then I reinstalled all the necessary Lenovo drivers, including Quick Start. I also updated my Windows computer with the latest updates. But even after all this & restarted the computer, Quick Start gave the same error msg as others have said. I have the latest Quick Start (v1.1.8.8) installed. I have tried repairing Quick Start. That didn't work. So, I uninstalled it, then reinstalled it. Still, same thing. So, what do I need to do to make it work? Do I need the patch file :?: ?

Another thing is that. in Windows XP, the Quick Start Configuration Tool has only one tab of option, which is Browser Bookmarks. So, I don't know what could be wrong. Please help. Thanks. Take care & God bless :) .
