+1 for the sleep / backlight problem. I posted a comment on meklort's blog, I'll keep an eye on it or email him if nothing else comes up.

anyone else lost multi-finger support on touchpad after 10.6.3 and NBI .4RC1, or am I the only lucky boy? :?

thought I'd clarify the behaviour: one finger works just fine, but as soon as I place the second finger on the pad, the cursor freezes and refuses to move until any of the two fingers is removed, at which point it picks up where it left off as if nothing happened.

oh yes, and I can now confirm the backlight problem on wake-up from sleep.

thanks a lot man, that helped! of course I did boot up XP just to make sure it's up to date while I was updating OSX. :D

How on Earth did you decide to do that?

Has there been any progress in finding a solution to the lid sleep problem?

EDIT: SilverZero, I see you've submitted a bug report about this on the 31st of March to the netbookinstaller google group. So we will just have to wait and see when Meklort fixes it.
