The S10-2 uses the Intel Atom N280 processor right? This one (and the N270, too) don't support Intels VT-x.
(See here: http://ark.intel.com/VTList.aspx - Just click on Intel Atom on the left side and you'll see which Atom supports VT-x)
Edit: But there was a hack (don't know where) to get VirtualBox running on Intel Atom Hackintoshes - I once used it, but forgot about it (I don't use VirtualBox anymore on my S10e)
