problem with winXP setup, txtsetup.sif?

I have problem booting S10e..WinXP setup from pendrive thou it is no problem when I want to boot Windows 7 setup.

I get error "INF file txtsetup.sif is corrupted or missing, status 18. Setup cannot continue..."

In txtsetup.sif 18 is marked for "18 = system32\spool\drivers\w32x86"

There is no mistake with bootable pendrive as it works with other computers..has somebody ideas how to solve this?
