Depends.

One Key Recovery is not always the original "image" of your computer from when it came from the factory.

You can update the "image" to include your new files, programs, and settings. If you've updated the image from the factory (while infected with a virus), you will have successfully updated the "image" to include the virus.

It also depends on the flavor of virus. Some virii write to the boot sector (in which case you need to low-level format your PC).

An assessment needs to be made on the level/degree/severity of your PC's virus infection. The best way to do this is to boot from a USB drive and perform a full disk scan. Booting from the USB drive will prevent any boot sector or MBR virus from being "activated." There are many virus scan programs which can be run from a USB stick, and you can even install and run a lightweight OS (usually linux) off a USB stick in order to run the virus scan.

Alternatively, you can remove the drive from the S10 and plug it into desktop and boot using the desktop to perform the scan on the S10's drive.

However, getting back to the original question, it wouldn't hurt to try a One Key Recovery first to see if that fixes your problem.
