I found another source of internal Bluetooth cards on ebay which might be appropriate for the Lenovo S10,

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vi ... 0241497711

It looks like the cable connecting to the card has 8 leads, but I can't really make out the specifications of the card from the photo.

What was the issue? Did the connector not fit? Was the bluetooth module not recognized? Or a driver issue?

look at the picture. the dell bluetooth module is physically HUGE. and the connector...is way to large. i noticed its similar to the connectors on the other bluetooth modules like this:

but the difference is the other end. on dell's the mainboard connector for bluetooth is the same standard size as the bluetooth connector on the module. on the ones that have been posted in this thread prior it looks like it goes from a large connector to a mini connector like the one in the picture above.. the dell has 2 standard sized connectors on both ends. if i could get my hands on that wire it might work. otherwise outa luck with this particular module. we'll have to wait for systemjinx to receive his order. i was ready to buy one of the aforementioned hp bluetooth modules, but since someone else already has il just wait

I noticed that but thought it may have been the way the picture was taken.

You appear to have 10 wires on the Dell connector, so you were pretty much doomed from the start.

Surprisingly we get built in bluetooth in asia. Any idea why was the bluetooth not added in US models?
I was planning to get one in US as im going on vacation next month as its more cheaper then the ones available here, but i guess i'll buy it here then.

Unfortunately I ordered mine from a company located in China. (I used my contest winnings from here.) They were the only place I could find that included a cable for a decent price. Since it's shipping from China, I probably won't get it for two or three weeks. :( I will post my results as soon as it arrives, but it will be awhile. If anyone else finds something that works, please post it here.
