I'm counting 7 wires, which probably means a 8-wire header. You can also count 8 solder points on the header connection.
The one you linked to on eBay appears to have 10 wires, and I also count 10 solder point connectors (and I'm starting to get a headache from looking at tiny pixels on blown up pics)

You can see that it's 8 wires. I'm not sure what wire is not used on the "real" one, but I think it has a better shot of working than the Dell one you linked to.
