Im not sure if this is what youre referring to:

http://translate.google.com/translate?u=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.blogeee.net%2F2008%2F08%2F19%2Fdissection-du-lenovo-ideapad-s10%2F&hl=en&ie=UTF8&sl=fr&tl=en
Its translated from French.

Here is the picture and info given:

Image

1. The WiFi card
2. The location of the map on a MiniPCIe. We see the two antenna son coming to position itself at that location.
3. The flexible printed circuit keyboard.
4. The location of BlueTooth module. You see a white cap cable seconded to the left, 4.(second to the left of 4?) This is probably the USB port, which supplies the Bluetooth module. The change in this location for another periphérique (peripheral?) should be very easy.
5. The Bluetooth module itself

Awesome. If that cable is a usb cable, it'll be pretty simple to add a Bluetooth module. Definitely a mod I'll be doing.

Yes it comes with bluetooth but not sure if you have to pay for it. It says it on the following website under the "Connected" area.

Boy, I would like this Bluetooth issue to be settled once and for all.

Documentation, webpages, and news websites all seem to imply it's included, while every Lenovo CSR anyone's ever spoken to seems to think it's not included.

The "white cap" looks like a standard motherboard USB connector, so I suppose we could just solder some leads to a Bluetooth module if it ends up not coming with one... (or solder in any USB device, hehe)

One of they early adopters need to open their S10 (it could void the warranty) and check to see if the USB cable for the bluetooth adapter is there. I want internal bluetooth and if that USB connecter is there, BT would be easy to add.

My first thought exactly. I'm sure it is much, much less in bulk. (I think most computer sellers charge around $20 to add BT to a system)

Maybe there is a cheaper one that is compatible w/ the same connection.

If it truly is a USB bus connection, perhaps an option would just be to buy one of those tiny cheapo ones and stick it in there.
